Town Line Today

Town Line, New York is a hamlet on the border of Lancaster and Alden, NY. According to the 2010 U.S. Census, Town Line comprises 2,173 residents and less than four square miles. To learn more about the locations where we conducted our research, digitally visit the Alden Historical Society and Blair’s Hardware Store. We have also explored how people both within and outside of Town Line have engaged with the secession over the past 157 years which can be found here.
